These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms", "these Terms", or "this Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player", "User", or "you") and vcity (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), accessible at https://vcity.casa.

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or otherwise using the vcity platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must cease use of the platform immediately.

vcity is an English-language online gaming platform operated under international gaming licence terms. The platform offers sports betting, live casino, slot games, poker, bingo, and related gaming services, all denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM) and designed for the Malaysian market.

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms and Conditions:

• "Account" means a registered user profile created by a Player on the vcity platform, used to access gaming services, manage funds, and claim promotions.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding any bonus credits that remain subject to active wagering requirements.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin, cashback amount, or other non-cash incentive offered by vcity to Players, subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity and age verification process vcity is required to conduct in respect of Player accounts prior to processing withdrawals or at any point vcity deems necessary.
• "Wagering Requirement" (also "Rollover") means the total value of bets a Player must place before bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Platform" means the vcity website, mobile interface, and any associated services accessible at https://vcity.casa.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or jurisdiction in which participation in online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• "MYR" / "RM" means Malaysian Ringgit, the native currency of the vcity platform.

To register and maintain an Account on vcity, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. vcity enforces a minimum age of 21 for all gambling activities. This requirement applies regardless of the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction.
• You must be a natural person (i.e., an individual human being). Corporate entities, partnerships, or other legal persons may not register as Players.
• You must not be a current employee, director, agent, or contractor of vcity or any of its affiliated companies, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a Prohibited Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to verify whether online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether issued by vcity or any other gaming platform or regulatory authority, that is currently in effect.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into this Agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

4.1 — Single Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to hold only one Account on vcity. Opening, operating, or attempting to operate more than one Account — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited. Duplicate accounts will be closed without notice, and any balances or bonuses associated with the duplicate accounts may be forfeited at vcity's sole discretion.

4.2 — Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process, including your legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of funds.

4.3 — Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. vcity will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account due to your failure to maintain adequate credential security. You must notify vcity immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

4.4 — KYC Verification

vcity reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the account lifecycle, including during registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or in response to account activity that triggers compliance review. Accepted documents typically include a government-issued photo identification card and proof of residential address. Failure to provide the requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in Account suspension until verification is completed.

5.1 — Supported Payment Methods

vcity supports a range of Malaysian payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, including but not limited to: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards, and selected cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), and BNB. Supported methods may change without prior notice; the current list is always displayed on the Platform.

5.2 — Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is RM 50 for bank transfers, FPX, and e-wallets. For cryptocurrency deposits, the minimum is the equivalent of MYR 30 at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. vcity does not charge processing fees on deposits; however, third-party payment providers may apply their own fees which are beyond vcity's control.

5.3 — Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, wherever technically possible. This policy exists to comply with anti-money-laundering requirements. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5–30 minutes for verified accounts. Processing times may be longer for accounts pending KYC verification or accounts flagged for additional review.

5.4 — Withdrawal Eligibility

A Player must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is approved. vcity reserves the right to delay or suspend a withdrawal where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, vcity may request additional documentation before releasing funds.

6.1 — General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotions offered by vcity are subject to these General Bonus Terms as well as the specific terms and conditions published for each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between this clause and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

6.2 — Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly in each promotion's terms. For example, a bonus of RM 100 with a 20x wagering requirement requires the Player to place a total of RM 2,000 in eligible bets before any withdrawal may be requested. Not all game types contribute equally to wagering requirements — contribution percentages are specified in promotion-specific terms.

6.3 — Bonus Eligibility

Players may only claim each individual promotion once unless the promotion explicitly states that it is repeatable. Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Any attempt to abuse bonuses, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, exploiting bonus conditions through systematic low-risk play strategies, or coordinating with other Players to extract bonus value, will result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in Account suspension.

6.4 — Expiry of Bonus Funds

Bonus funds that are not used or that have not met their wagering requirement within the validity period stated in the promotion's terms will automatically expire and be removed from the Player's Account balance without notice. The validity period begins from the time the bonus is credited.

6.5 — vcity's Right to Modify or Withdraw Promotions

vcity reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion has already been claimed by a Player, the terms in effect at the time of the claim shall govern that specific bonus instance.

7.1 — Placement and Acceptance of Bets

A bet is considered accepted and binding upon the Player only when vcity has confirmed acceptance via the Platform's interface. It is the Player's responsibility to verify that their bet has been accepted correctly before any live event commences. vcity will not be liable for bets placed in error by the Player, including bets placed on the wrong selection, wrong market, or wrong stake amount.

7.2 — Odds Errors and Manifest Errors

vcity reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published as a result of a manifest error, including but not limited to pricing errors, data feed errors, or technical malfunctions. In such cases, stakes will be returned to the Player's Account. vcity's decision on manifest errors is final.

7.3 — In-Play Betting

In-play (live) bets are subject to a short processing delay to allow vcity to verify the current state of the event. During this delay, significant changes in match circumstances — such as a goal being scored, a red card being issued, or a set concluding — may result in the bet being voided. Odds displayed during in-play betting are indicative only until confirmed acceptance.

7.4 — Results and Settlement

All sports betting results are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body. For Liga Super Malaysia matches, the Football Association of Malaysia's official results govern. For EPL and UEFA competitions, the respective governing bodies' official results apply. In the event of a discrepancy between a data feed result and the official result, the official result shall prevail.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the vcity platform. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their Account suspended or permanently closed, any outstanding balance forfeited, and may be reported to the relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one Account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent stage.
• Using the Platform while under the age of 21.
• Exploiting software errors, vulnerabilities, or technical malfunctions to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using any automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to access, interact with, or derive an advantage from the Platform.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of fraud in connection with any bet or game on the Platform.
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform in connection with any illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to access another Player's Account without authorisation.
• Using the Platform for any commercial purpose, including the resale of odds, arbitrage activities, or systematic bonus exploitation.

9.1 — Suspension by vcity

vcity may suspend or restrict an Account at any time without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the Account is being used in breach of these Terms, is the subject of a fraud investigation, or where vcity is required to do so in compliance with its regulatory obligations. During a suspension, the Player will be unable to access their Account, make deposits, or request withdrawals.

9.2 — Account Closure by vcity

vcity may close a Player's Account permanently where: (a) the Account is confirmed to be in breach of these Terms; (b) the Player is found to be under 21 years of age; (c) the Player is found to be accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction; or (d) continued operation of the Account would expose vcity to unacceptable legal, regulatory, or reputational risk. Where an Account is closed for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the Player's verified payment method.

9.3 — Voluntary Closure by Player

Players may request the closure of their Account at any time by contacting vcity's customer support team via Live Chat. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to the Player's verified payment method after completion of applicable verification requirements. Voluntary closures do not affect self-exclusion requests, which must be submitted through the Platform's responsible gaming tools for the appropriate exclusion protocols to be applied.

vcity is committed to providing a safe and responsible gambling environment. The Platform incorporates a range of tools designed to help Players manage their gambling activity, including:

• Deposit Limits — Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via their Account settings. Limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased for a cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits — Players may set a cap on the maximum net loss they may incur within a specified period.
• Session Time Reminders — Players may configure notifications that alert them to the duration of their current gaming session.
• Reality Checks — Periodic on-screen prompts display net win/loss figures during a session.
• Self-Exclusion — Players may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the Platform by contacting the support team. Self-exclusion requests are processed as a priority.

All content on the vcity Platform, including but not limited to its design, layout, graphics, text, software, trademarks, logos, and game content (to the extent licensed to vcity), is the property of vcity or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, recreational purposes only. This licence does not include any right to: reproduce, copy, distribute, sell, or otherwise exploit any Platform content; reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any Platform software; or create derivative works based on any Platform content.

Any unauthorised use of vcity's intellectual property may result in immediate Account termination and may expose the infringing party to civil and criminal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vcity, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable to any Player for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from the use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any losses resulting from interruption to the Platform's services due to maintenance, technical failure, or events outside vcity's reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, internet service provider failures, or government actions.
• Any losses arising from a Player's failure to comply with these Terms, including losses resulting from the forfeiture of bonus funds.
• Any decisions made by a Player in reliance on information provided on the Platform, including but not limited to odds, statistics, or game guides.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit vcity's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which vcity is incorporated and licensed to operate. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably between the parties shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

Players accessing vcity from Malaysia acknowledge that online gambling may be subject to local legal restrictions. Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their participation is lawful under Malaysian law and any other applicable jurisdiction. vcity makes no representation that its services are lawful in any particular jurisdiction.

vcity reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time and without prior individual notice to Players. When material changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly.

Players are advised to review these Terms periodically to ensure they remain familiar with the current version. Continued use of the vcity Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes the Player's unconditional acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must discontinue use of the Platform and request Account closure.
